Hey if you haven’t been keeping up with TAZ after Balance bc Amnesty was kinda darker and story heavy, and then Graduation wasn’t your vibe:
LISTEN TO ETHERSEA
I cannot stress enough how it feels the closest to Balance out of any of their shows so far. Griffin is DMing and they’re in D&D 5E again. The characters are emotionally compelling, but also do stupid shit nonstop. NPCs are unnecessarily bitchy again and all is right with the world.
Clint is playing Zoox, a Ranger construct made from coral, and inhabited by an amalgamation of several disembodied souls.
Travis is playing Devo, a Bard who left the insular religious order that raised him. His character voice is a French accent and he’s naive but also tired of people’s shit.
Justin is playing Amber Gris, a monk who uses her SPECTRAL ARMS to PUNCH BLINKSHARKS (there are teleporting sharks btw) and she’s old and grizzled and phenomenal.
PLEASE LISTEN I need this fandom to emerge again like one of those dessicated frogs after a bounteous rainfall
